We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
Website Privacy
We don't use cookies, pop-ups, etc. and are not able to identify or track individuals using the site. We don't invade your privacy. We respect your anonymity until such time as you actively decide to identify yourself in an email or otherwise, and we respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information you do choose to send us, whether via email or otherwise. Which means it doesn't get passed on to others, unless ordered by a court to or it's necessary to fulfill the request you made of us (see Newsletter Privacy below).
Newsletter Privacy
Your email address is only added to the mailing list for the site newsletter if you specifically requested to be added and you respond positively to a confirmation email asking if you're sure. You can take your address of this list any time you like by using the link provided in each email we send you. Removal is immediate.
Your email address will not be passed on to others in any way or form with the following exceptions...
- If the law requires it of us, such as through a court order.
- Your addresses are stored at a third-party email service (currently Constant Contact & FeedBlitz) who provide the email list management and delivery services we use to publish our newsletter and blog. These third parties only have those addresses so they can send our emails to you. They do not have any other rights over those addresses and use them for no other purpose. This is normal practice.
