I’m Chris Arlen, President and founder of Service Performance.

Since 1996 we've been helping facility service customers and contractors get the most value from their service engagements.

For customers and procurement, that means productive bid processes, measuring service performance and service communications to end-users.

For contractors, that means raising revenue by securing more work through persuasive proposals and presentations.

My personal consulting expertise is drawn from more than 20 years in the facility services' industry.

Before starting the Service Performance consultancy in 1996, my experience was gained through past positions as:

  • VP of Sales & Marketing for ABM Security Services
  • Regional Director of ABM Janitorial Services in the Northwest
  • Vice President for a regional janitorial firm serving Los Angeles & Orange Counties
  • Material Logistics Manager for Soccer to the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee (1984)
