		<description>Excellent article that I can personally attest to!  I have seen a number of cases over the year where this same scenario played out with the same dismal results.  Not only is a lose/lose, but you end up getting a black eye as well for not "taking care of a friend" which can further erode customer confidence in your program.</description>
